The Voice in Your Head
He is the voice in your head that says you are worthless and weak.
He is the voice that distorts your memories and cloaks them in dark clouds.
He is the voice that insists that you don’t deserve happiness.
The bully knows your worst fears, your greatest vulnerabilities and all of your shortcomings and shouts them over and over in your mind until you can think of nothing else. The shame, guilt and fear can bring you to your knees.
